2. Booking & Payment
All bookings require a valid credit card. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM local time. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be requested and are subject to availability.
5. Property Rules
To preserve the tranquil environment of our mountain retreat, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cabins and public indoor areas.
6. Liability
bestofcrewlaunch.top is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where such loss or damage is caused by our direct negligence. Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.
